Children can join our club from 5 years old. We provide six levels of teaching classes ranging from our total beginner’s class for non- swimmers which is conducted in a shallow training pool to our higher advanced classes which are aimed at preparing swimmers for the transition to squad level. All our classes are 45 minutes and are run by fully qualified Swim England level 2 teachers. Children will be trialed and assigned to an appropriate class, movements throughout the classes can occur at any time during the year as soon as a swimmer has progressed to the next stage.

All Swimmers are required to wear a club hat and to bring their kit bag consisting of flippers, kick board, pull buoy and googles to every training session.
