The Onside Awards at The Royal Albert Hall - tickets recieved from the Jack Petchey Foundation
On Sunday the 17th November 2019 some of the Swim Club members travelled to the Royal Albert Hall for a fantastic experience of been at the The Onside Awards. The Onside awards is a ceremony which showcases all of the young people's talents from all youth groups around the UK. There were many special guests (wait for it!) Prince Harry, The Script, John Newman and many more up and coming talents. It was very inspiring to see what young people are able to achieve at such a young age. A Gold Award was given to Jesy Nelson (Little Mix) for her achievements and success after everything she went threw. A very inspiring young lady. What an amazing event. I hope to attend these awards next year. A massive thank you to Yvette for organising the tickets and thank you to Jane for all her hard work.
