Improver Classes
From non-swimmers to advanced levels
All lessons are 45-minute duration and are run by fully qualified teachers, children can start from 5 years and progress through 6 levels of swimming classes before moving into the squads.
Trials
If you would like to join us come for a trial.
We hold trials for all levels at 6.30pm on the last Friday of the month at South Norwood Leisure Centre (Except August and December).

We have 5 squads, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze training up to 4 times a week and a Land Training Session.

We are a very friendly non-profit making swimming club providing teaching and coaching for all ages and abilities.
We believe firmly that swimmers of all ages should be able to train, compete and socialise in an environment that is challenging yet fun and enjoyable whilst keeping them safe from harm.
In order to achieve this we, as an affiliate of the ASA, will implement the Wavepower 2020-2023 document which is a set of policies and procedures that safeguard and protect the swimmers in our club.

Easter Holiday
Dear Parents / Guardians
The following changes will apply during the Easter Holiday:
St Joseph's college will be closed on Monday 7th, 14th & 21st April.
Beginner swimmers will be able to swim at Thornton Heath pool on Tuesday 8th, 15th and 22nd April from 7-7.45pm.
Gold squad can join in with Platinum on Tuesday 8th and 15th April from 7.45-9pm.
