Fun Session & Summer Swim Schedule7th July 2015
To mark the end of the school year we will be hosting a fun session with the use of the giant inflatable on Tuesday, 21st July at Thornton Heath and Thursday 23rd July at South Norwood from 7.00pm to 8.30pm. All members are welcome to come along to either or even both sessions and have some fun.
We would like to remind you that the Club is open throughout the whole year with the exception of 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Year period and therefore all swim sessions throughout the summer will continue as normal with the exception of Monday’s sessions at St Joseph’s.
We look forward to seeing your child at the fun sessions and wish you all a great summer.
Time Trials - July 201522nd June 2015
The club will be holding 2 time trials on Tuesday 7th July at Thornton Heath and Thursday 9th July at South Norwood pool. They will be held during our normal swimming schedule. All children are required to attend their normal swimming night but will need to be present for the whole session which is from 7pm until 8.30pm to allow them to be timed on all their strokes. We would very much appreciate it if any parents would be willing to help time keep for the session.
The purpose of these trials are to assess your child's progression through the club and also to give us an indication of those children who are ready to compete in our inter-club galas and which strokes are their strongest.
Can you please make every effort to attend these trials as it is very beneficial for our club, to update our records and also to highlight your child's strengths and weaknesses.
